To include 5 block crawl space, 4” slab, 24” overhang, custom truss to existing part of house, vinyl siding, Andersen windows. Project will include upgrade of all existing soffits and fascia to vinyl. Replacement of existing overhang south. Completed project to include metal roof over entire structure and replacement of 2 skylights. No interior work. Include construction site cleanup.
